3. Products & Pricing
- All products are made to order (print-on-demand). Slight variations in print placement, color, or texture between units are normal and not defects.
- Prices are listed in [INR / your currency] and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time of order.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our discretion.
4. Payment
- We accept payment via credit/debit cards and UPI/digital wallets, processed securely through Shopify's checkout.
- Full payment is required at the time of order — we don't hold or reserve items without payment.
- All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card or payment credentials on our servers.
- Orders are only confirmed and sent into production once payment is successfully authorized. If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.
- In case of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to request supporting information before issuing any refund.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, graphics, and content on disobeyco.store are the property of Disobeyco and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
Disobeyco is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
