RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Didn't work out? Fair enough. Not every act of rebellion fits right the first time.

1. The Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In original condition with tags attached
In its original packaging (where possible)

Since every piece is made to order, items outside this window or not in original condition can't be accepted — we're not a warehouse, we can't restock what's already been made specifically for you.

2. Wrong Size / Changed Your Mind

We accept returns and exchanges on non-defective items within the window above.

To start a return or exchange:

Email hi@disobeyco.store with your order number and what you'd like (exchange for a different size, or a return)
We'll send you return instructions and an address
Ship the item back — return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange or refund

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Exchanges for a different size follow the same processing + shipping timeline as a new order (see Shipping Policy), since the replacement is made fresh.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered — that one's on us, not you.

Contact hi@disobeyco.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. You choose:

A replacement, shipped free of charge, or
A full refund

No return shipping cost to you in this case — we'll cover it or send a prepaid label.

4. What's Not Covered

Items returned after the 7-day window
Items showing wear, damage, or alteration not present on delivery
Sale or final-sale items marked as such at checkout
Minor variations in print/color due to the nature of custom production (not considered defects)
